Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, Zander’s journey began in 1973. By the age of 13, the East Coast grind was the only teacher. Leaving high school in 1991 as a 9th-grade dropout was the initiation into a masterclass of absolute self-sufficiency.
For the last 30 years, the mission has been anchored in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This is where the hustle transformed into industry. SOUND SHOP STUDIOS is the 25-year culmination of audio expertise built on an independent infrastructure.
